BUTTER BEER SYRUP

Butter Beer Syrup is a delicious toffee-flavored simple syrup.  Made at the magical Sorted Cauldron Confectionary in Scotland, it may be used to flavor drinks, both soft and alcoholic, and baked goods.  Try one ounce in a 6-oz. glass of warm milk or add it to coffee.  Make Butter Beer with one ounce of syrup, a mug of ice, soda water, whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon, and top with our Butter Beer Chips.
