GILLY WEED

Our Gilly Weed is supplied by Elven Harvest from the Cala processing center in the Mediterranean.  Each jar contains .25 of precious seaweed (kombu), which is nutrient rich for magical performance.  The seaweed may be eaten as is as a snack or rehydrated in warm water and used in soups or to make a Gilly Weed salad.  Use is in a stir fry, on pizza, in tuna salad, or as a side dish.  Heat olive oil in a sauce pan add the rehydrated seaweed and cook with salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic or create your own dishes.  Each jar is decorated with mermaid and trophy charms, inspired by the Triwizard Tournament in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
